Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full, where an item is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or where we suspect fraud or a resale purchase.

We sell to consumers for personal household use. We do not accept wholesale or resale orders through this store.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free to United States addresses.

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout using the payment methods shown there. We may correct an obvious pricing error even after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Products, imagery and descriptions

All product imagery on this store is AI-generated from our supplier's product references, and is labelled as such where it appears. It is intended to show the design, proportions and finish of the piece, and how it can look in a room. It is not a photograph of the item you will receive, and styling accessories shown alongside a piece are not included.

Because of this, please rely on the written specification — stated assembly dimensions, package dimensions, weight and materials — rather than on imagery when deciding whether a piece is right for your space. If a delivered item does not match its written specification, it is covered by our Returns and refunds policy and by your statutory rights.

Colours vary between screens, and wood and rattan are natural materials with visible variation in grain and tone. Please rely on the stated assembly dimensions, package dimensions and weight rather than on imagery when judging whether a piece fits your space. Most pieces require assembly.

Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss arising because you did not check the stated dimensions and access requirements before ordering.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the US state in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The revision date above shows when this page last changed.
