Never send card numbers, card security codes or full bank details by email. We will never ask you for them.

For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, keep all packaging and take clear photographs of the item, the damage and the shipping label before contacting us. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions. Do not return an item to the address printed on the parcel.
